The purpose of this policy is to ensure that, in case of any business interruption, critical processes identified through business impact analysis are restored to operational status within predefined minimum timeframes through effective plans and practices.

• Risks and vulnerabilities related to critical processes, components and assets are identified and assessed.

• Affected processes and assets are determined and prioritized according to risk scenarios.

• Rapid and effective decision-making processes are applied.

• Interrupted processes and operations are reactivated as soon as possible.

• Internal and external communication is managed effectively.

• Brand value, reputation and stakeholder relations are protected and maintained.

Preventive and Corrective Actions

FullTatil carries out training programs, tests and drills in order to reduce business continuity risks and to ensure preparedness. Through these activities, employee awareness is increased and the effectiveness of plans is regularly evaluated.

Supplier and Service Provider Relations

Requirements for ensuring the continuity of critical business processes and services are defined through service level agreements with suppliers. Alternative resources and third-party support processes are evaluated to maintain service continuity in case of disruptions.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

The performance of the Business Continuity Management System is regularly monitored, reviewed and improvement opportunities are evaluated. Plans are updated against new threats and changing environmental conditions.
